Location: Budapest, Hungary

As a Software Project Intern, you will support the aiSim Project Management team while working closely with software engineers and project managers. This role is ideal for students with a technical mindset who are interested in how complex software projects are delivered. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, agile software development, and collaboration with engineering teams.

#### Job Summary

- Support aiSim project managers in the day-to-day coordination of software development projects
- Work closely with software developers and cross-functional teams
- Record and track meeting minutes in Confluence
- Create and manage Jira tickets
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Track project progress, deadlines, and action items
- Learn modern software development and project management practices
- Opportunity to coordinate internal projects and gradually take on more responsibility

#### Key Qualifications

- Ongoing (active or passive) full-time university studies for at least one more year
- Availability of at least 20 working hours per week
- Strong interest in software development, engineering, or technology
- Technical background gained through university studies, personal projects, programming, robotics, or similar hands-on experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate English

#### Considered as a plus

- Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Professional experience in software development or engineering
- Experience with programming, scripting, robotics, embedded systems, or other technical projects
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
