Office Assistant Intern
Job Summary
- Assist the Receptionist
- Occasionally provide general support to visitors
- Handle the post and incoming packages
- Handle phone calls in English
- Prepare meeting rooms for meetings and presentations
- Organize kitchens and shared spaces
- Scan documents
- Assist in coordinating team buildings
- Ad-hoc tasks in the office supporting the work of the Front Office team
Key Qualifications
- Ongoing full-time university studies for at least one more year
- At least 20 working hours/week
- Intermediate English skills
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Office software such as: Word, Excel, etc.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Goal-oriented and proactive mentality
- Attention to detail
